WE'RE HIRING: CASE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Golden Bear LLC is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Case Support Specialist to join our growing legal support team.
Important Requirement
Only candidates with relevant professional experience in Personal Injury Law will be reviewed.
We are specifically seeking candidates who have hands-on experience supporting Personal Injury cases, including case management, medical records, insurance claims, client communication, or related legal support.
What You'll Do
Assist Case Managers with day-to-day case management tasks
Maintain and organize client case files
Request, follow up on, and organize medical records and bills
Assist with insurance and claim-related documentation
Communicate with clients regarding case updates and documentation
Make and receive client calls as needed
Upload and maintain documents in the case-management system
Monitor assigned tasks and deadlines
Follow up with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties
Assist with demand preparation and other case-related projects
Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
Perform other case-support duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous professional experience in Personal Injury Law is REQUIRED
Strong understanding of Personal Injury case workflows
Strong attention to detail and organization
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Reliable, responsive, and professional
Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email, and messaging
Ability to follow established procedures and workflows
Comfortable using digital platforms and case-management software
Strong willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant Backgrounds
Experience as a:
Personal Injury Case Support Specialist
Personal Injury Case Manager
Personal Injury Legal Assistant
Personal Injury Paralegal
Medical Records Specialist supporting PI cases
Personal Injury Claims Assistant
Legal Case Coordinator - Personal Injury
General legal experience without Personal Injury experience will not be considered for this position.
