Amazon E-Commerce Specialist – Remote

Employment Type: Part-Time / Freelance
Rate: USD $4–15/hour, depending on experience
About Us
Digital Stark is a marketing agency based in Thailand. We work with Korean and international brands and are currently looking for an experienced Amazon E-Commerce Specialist to support the management and growth of our clients' Amazon stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Create, update, and optimize product listings
- Conduct Amazon keyword and competitor research
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
- Set up and manage Amazon PPC campaigns
- Monitor and optimize PPC performance, including bids, keywords, and negative keywords
- Monitor ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, conversion rate, and other key metrics
- Monitor inventory and account health
- Assist with FBA-related operations when required
- Track sales and advertising performance
- Prepare simple weekly or monthly performance reports
- Support new product launches on Amazon
Requirements
- Previous hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with Amazon PPC / Sponsored Products
- Understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword optimization
- Familiarity with Amazon performance metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
- Good written English
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly with our team

- Experience with Jungle Scout
- Experience with Keepa
- Experience with Amazon FBA
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry
- Experience with Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display
- Experience with A+ Content
- Experience with Amazon US marketplace
- Experience with consumer goods, food, beauty, or Korean brands
