About the role
We are looking for an AI Automation & Workflow Specialist. Strictly for PH remote workers only.
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Night Shift PH Time). Start Date: ASAP.
Technical Qualifications: Experience in building AI agents or AI-assisted workflows. Strong knowledge of workflow automation tools (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, n8n). API integrations & webhook setup. Experience in process automation design & implementation. Ability to map business processes into automated systems. Experience with CRM or work management platforms such as Monday.com. Data handling, system integration, and workflow optimization. Testing, debugging, and improving automation flows.
Soft Skills: Excellent English communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to translate business needs into technical workflows. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong client-facing and coordination skills.
