About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Affiliate Manager Support to help grow our affiliate partnerships for our online casino brands. This role is ideal for someone with a background in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a Marketing degree who is eager to build a career in affiliate management.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners.
Negotiate CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid deals with affiliates.
Monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Work closely with the CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize affiliate campaigns.
Ensure affiliates have the latest promotional materials, offers, and tracking links.
Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Assist in resolving affiliate inquiries and tracking-related issues.
Identify new traffic sources and partnership opportunities.
Able Recruit and onboard new affiliates through various channels (SEO, social media, forums, networking, etc.)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, account management, or a related marketing role is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
