Full job pages with clear apply instructions
Every job has its own page with the full job description, requirements, salary (when the employer shares it), job type and how to apply. Sign in with your free account to see the employer's application link or contact details. You can also share a job with a friend or open it in the resume tools with one click.
Report a job
If something looks off, use the report option on the job page and our team reviews it. A legit employer will never ask you to pay to get hired or to send bank or ID details before you've vetted them.

Tap the bookmark icon on any job card to save it for later. Your saved jobs are kept under Saved Jobs in the menu, on any device you sign in on.
Keep every job you've applied to in one list, with its status (applied, interviewing, offer, rejected), the job link, your notes and a follow-up date. The tracker reminds you when a follow-up is due, so no application goes quiet.

Your profile on the Hire Virtual Assistants page
Fill in your VA profile, set it to visible to employers, and it shows up on our Hire Virtual Assistants page, where employers search for Filipino VAs by role, skill, tool, timezone, experience level and availability.
Add a headline (for example "Bookkeeper | QuickBooks & Xero | AP/AR Specialist"), a short professional summary, your skills and tools, languages, work history, education, certifications, projects, your expected rate and hours, your workstation setup (laptop, backup internet, headset) and your profile photo. You can also upload your resume.
Employers see a preview of your profile first. Your email, phone number and uploaded resume are only shown to employers who choose to unlock your full profile.

Most remote jobs from foreign clients screen resumes with an applicant tracking system (ATS) first. These tools help yours get past it and in front of a real person.
Rewrite Resume: tailor your resume to each job post

Each rewrite shows a match score before and after, so you can see how well your resume lines up with the job description. The score breakdown lists which job keywords your resume already has and which are still missing, the same check an ATS resume scanner runs.

Is the ATS resume checker free?
New accounts get 1 free credit, which covers your first rewrite with its match score, keyword breakdown, cover letter and interview prep. After that, a rewrite costs 1 credit and a PDF download costs 1 credit.
Does the AI resume rewrite make up experience?
No. It only rewords and reorganizes what's already in your resume to match the job post. You can add tools and skills you've really used through "Add more info".
What resume file types can I upload?
