UK Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Part-Time
About the role
I'm looking for a reliable Filipino cold caller to help my UK-based marketing agency generate appointments with local business owners.
You'll be calling UK businesses from a provided list, speaking to the owner/decision-maker, briefly explaining what we do and booking a call when they're interested.
What you'll do:
- Make outbound calls to UK businesses
- Speak confidently with business owners
- Follow a simple call script
- Handle basic objections
- Qualify interested prospects
- Book appointments into my calendar
- Keep basic records of calls and outcomes
What I'm looking for:
- Good spoken English
- Clear and confident communication
- Comfortable making cold calls
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Previous cold-calling or appointment-setting experience is a bonus
- UK calling experience is preferred but not essential
Hours:
10–20 hours per week to start.
UK business hours required, ideally 9am–4pm UK time.
Pay:
£3–£4 per hour to start, plus a bonus for qualified appointments that attend.
There is potential for more hours and higher pay if you consistently produce good results.
Important:
I'm not looking for someone who simply makes calls and reads a script.
I want someone who can have a natural conversation, build rapport and confidently speak to business owners.
