IMMEDIATE HIRING: Supplier Support Specialist
I'm helping a colleague po to find a Supplier Support Specialist for their Canadian client, a fast-growing SaaS company in the e-commerce space.
If you have a sharp eye for detail and love turning promising suppliers into live listings, this one's for you.
What you'll do:
Review and vet new supplier applications daily and decide who makes the cut
Onboard approved suppliers for the US and European markets
Check product CSVs and catalogs, then publish listings
Keep the onboarding pipeline organized and report on progress weekly
What you bring:
2+ years in supplier, vendor, or seller onboarding, marketplace operations, or a similar role
E-commerce or dropshipping background
Strong judgment, excellent written English, and comfort with Google Sheets/Excel and CSV files
The setup:
100% remote, full-time
Agreement type: Independent contractor
9AM to 6PM Pacific Time
Annual PTO: 10 days
