About the role
We are looking for a proactive and self-sufficient Social Media & Client Engagement Representative to support and represent three companies across their social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and represent three company brands across social media platforms. Create engaging content using AI tools and other content creation software. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner via social media and messaging platforms. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all accounts. Assist with basic online engagement, including comments, messages, and community interaction. Monitor social media activity and flag important client concerns or leads.
Requirements: Strong written and spoken English skills. Experience in social media management and content creation. Familiarity with AI tools for content generation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple brands. Good communication and responsiveness. Prior experience handling client messages or online customer service is preferred.
