About the role
Responsibilities:
Clean up, maintain, and improve financial records in QuickBooks Online, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, track customer payments and vendor expenses, and prepare weekly financial summaries for a travel and entertainment company.
Requirements:
Must be a licensed accountant with at least 10 years of experience with U.S.-based businesses; QuickBooks certification required; strong bank reconciliation and AP/AR experience. Approximately 3-5 hours/week initially.
