Role Overview
We're seeking a technically skilled Salesforce, AI & API Automation Specialist to improve business operations through system automation, API integrations, and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on Salesforce administration experience and the ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and independently implement practical technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation processes.
Design and implement Salesforce automation using Flow and related tools.
Implement AI solutions to reduce repetitive administrative tasks.
Build and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and other business platforms.
Troubleshoot system errors, integration issues, and operational bottlenecks.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical technology improvements.
Develop automated workflows to reduce manual data entry and improve productivity.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement system improvements.
Document workflows, integrations, and technical solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Salesforce administration and workflow automation.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and process optimization.
Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and connecting business systems.
Experience implementing AI tools to automate administrative functions.
Knowledge of automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently identify problems and implement solutions.
Experience improving operational efficiency in service-based businesses.
Highly Desirable
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, or Lightning.
Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI-powered business automation tools.
Experience working with US service-based businesses.
Experience with CRM integrations and automated reporting.
