Results Coach
Lead a remote VA team to measurable results. Not by doing their work, but by coaching it.
What you'll do:
Monitor VA performance, KPIs and scorecards in StrategyX
Coach each VA weekly to meet and exceed their targets
Guide VAs to fulfil their roles, with clear SOPs and priorities
Report progress, risks and actions to the client every week
What you bring:
Hands-on StrategyX or similar platform experience (Ninety.io, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com)
3+ years in team leadership or coaching in a BPO or remote setting
Excellent English and a genuine drive to help people grow
