WHAT WE EXPECT
You must be comfortable with:
6 days per week
10–12-hour workdays, including two 1-hour breaks and two 15-minute breaks
Approximately 170–200 outbound calls per day
US EST working hours
Working exclusively with My Derma Dream
100% commission-only compensation
No base salary or guaranteed monthly income
A fast-paced environment where you may be expected to begin taking calls as early as Day 1
Strong experience in BPO, customer service, outbound sales, telesales, phone sales, appointment setting, upselling, or customer retention is highly preferred.
You must also have a reliable laptop/desktop, stable internet, headset, webcam, and quiet workspace.
