About the role

We are looking for motivated, organized, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Lead Gen/Appointment Setters.
Fresh graduates and applicants with no prior experience are welcome and encouraged to apply!
Location: Remote — Philippines
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time
Shift: Must be comfortable working the graveyard shift
Responsibilities
• Contact and follow up with potential clients
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage lead information and client interactions
• Maintain accurate lead and appointment records
• Coordinate with the team regarding scheduled appointments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking in English with different clients
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently
