About the role
What You'll Do:
Perform detailed concrete quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from U.S. plans and specifications
Estimate scopes including foundations, slabs, footings, structural concrete, and rebar
Review bid documents, coordinate with project teams, and prepare accurate bids within deadlines
Tools: Bluebeam, PlanSwift, TogalAI OST, Excel, and other estimating software
