About the role
We are seeking a Credentialing and Contracting Specialist to manage all aspects of provider credentialing, payer enrollment, and insurance contracting for our ABA organization. This role is responsible for submitting and tracking credentialing applications, maintaining provider records and compliance documentation, managing CAQH and payer portal updates, coordinating enrollments with commercial insurance plans and Medicaid programs, and supporting contract execution and renewals with insurance carriers.
The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare credentialing, strong organizational and follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical, billing, and operations teams to ensure providers are properly credentialed and contracted, minimizing reimbursement delays and supporting organizational growth.
