Call every new lead within 3 minutes of it coming in

Qualify the lead by confirming ownership, general property condition, and whether there's a real reason to consider selling so the closer can walk in warm
Book appointments with context attached, including what the homeowner said in their own words, not just a name and a time slot
Log every call outcome in the CRM the same day, with no calls left unlogged and no leads left untouched
Flag situations that need the team's attention rather than working around them, such as unclear ownership, a title complication, or a homeowner in genuine distress

These tasks are valuable but can be trained on the job:
Work in GoHighLevel for lead assignment, logging, and dispositions. (full training provided)
Use the company dialer (full training provided)
