The role
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who can turn thoughtful outreach into real relationships with employers. You’ll identify companies that are hiring, learn what they need, introduce MeeBoss, and help them start hiring on our platform. This is a hands-on outbound role for someone who enjoys testing what works and owning results.
What you’ll do
Research and prioritize employers and recruiting firms in target markets and industries.
Reach decision-makers through calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and other relevant channels.
Understand each company’s hiring needs and show how MeeBoss can help.
Guide new employers through registration and their first job post.
Keep outreach and pipeline records accurate in our CRM.
Follow up consistently and improve messaging based on customer feedback and results.
Share market insights with the sales, marketing, and product teams.
Own activity and conversion goals, with a focus on registered employers and jobs posted.
What we’re looking for
Experience in business development, sales, recruiting, or another customer-facing role. Strong early-career candidates are welcome.
Clear communication and a genuine interest in understanding customers.
Persistence, organization, and comfort with proactive outreach.
The ability to manage a pipeline, follow through, and learn quickly.
A practical, curious mindset and comfort working in a growing startup.
Experience selling to employers or recruiters, working in HR tech, or using a CRM is a plus.
