Real Time Marketing is a digital marketing and software services company supporting businesses across various industries, including home services, wellness, fitness, dental, and legal.
We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Specialist to join our remote team and help ensure our billing operations remain accurate, organized, and on schedule.
What You'll Do
Create and send accurate invoices to clients
Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
Track incoming payments and maintain updated records
Address and resolve billing concerns with clients and partners
Assist in keeping billing records organized and up to date
What We're Looking For
Previous Billing Specialist experience
Experience working with Stripe
BPO industry experience is preferred
Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets/Spreadsheets
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Work-from-Home Requirements
To ensure a reliable remote work setup, you should have:
Backup PC with at least 16GB RAM
Stable internet connection of 100 Mbps or higher, plus a backup connection
Reliable backup power source
