About the role
We're a Canadian agency working with law firms, and we're looking for confident, English-speaking callers to join our team long-term.
💼 What you'll do:
✅ Call new leads who asked for help from a law firm
✅ Answer inbound calls professionally
✅ Qualify callers and book consultations with attorneys
✅ Follow up by call, text and email
✅ Update notes in our CRM (GoHighLevel, training provided)
🕘 Schedule:
Shifts fall between 9 AM – 9 PM EST (9 PM – 9 AM PH time)
Full-time and part-time shifts available
💵 Pay:
💲 $4CAD/hr
📋 Requirements:
✔️ Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
✔️ Call center, sales, appointment setting or VA experience (preferred)
✔️ Stable internet (at least 20 Mbps) + backup internet/power
✔️ Laptop/PC + noise-cancelling headset
✔️ Quiet work space
✔️ Comfortable working U.S. hours (night shift PH)
⭐ Bonus points if you have:
• Legal intake or law firm experience
• GoHighLevel experience
• Closing / sales experience
