About the role
Be the bridge between our clients and our people. We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships, support our consultants, and create an exceptional client experience.
What You'll Do:
Manage and grow client relationships. Track performance and prepare client reports. Support consultant performance and engagement. Coordinate onboarding, placements, and retention. Identify opportunities and proactively solve problems.
What We're Looking For:
3-4 years' experience in Client Success, Account Management, or similar. Staffing, outsourcing, or remote workforce experience is highly regarded.
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT).
