About the role
Full-time | 40 hours/week | Monday-Friday | South Australian business hours (ACST) | Trade/Construction Industry. Staff Pilot is looking for an experienced Trade Assistant VA to support an established Australian window blinds and flooring business.
What You'll Do:
Prepare quotes and process orders. Manage jobs from customer acceptance through to installation. Use supplier portals, Xero, CRM systems and spreadsheets. Support the sales team with day-to-day administration.
What We're Looking For:
Prior VA experience is essential. Experience working with an Australian business is highly desirable. Window blinds, window furnishings, flooring or trades experience is a strong advantage.
