About the role
Full-time | 40 hours/week | Monday-Friday | South Australian business hours (ACST) | Trade/Construction Industry. Staff Pilot is looking for an experienced Trade Assistant VA to support an established Australian window blinds and flooring business. Start: ASAP.
What You'll Do:
Prepare quotes and process orders. Manage jobs from customer acceptance through to installation. Use supplier portals, Xero, CRM systems and spreadsheets. Liaise with suppliers and follow up on orders. Support the sales team with day-to-day administration.
What We're Looking For:
Prior VA experience is essential. Experience working with an Australian business is highly desirable. Window blinds, window furnishings, flooring or trades experience is a strong advantage. Able to work South Australian business hours (ACST).
This is primarily a behind-the-scenes admin and supplier liaison role, with minimal direct customer contact. You'll be employed by Staff Pilot and work day-to-day with the client's team.
