Paul Group is looking for an experienced WordPress Website Developer to join our team on a contractor basis. This role is available as either part-time or full-time.
We're looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and demonstrate leadership while delivering high-quality websites.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites.
Customize themes, plugins, and website functionality.
Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and user-friendly.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
Work independently while collaborating with the team on new projects.
Recommend improvements and lead best practices for website development.
Requirements
Proven experience developing WordPress websites.
Strong knowledge of WordPress, Elementor (or similar page builders), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with website performance, SEO best practices, and security.
Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
A portfolio of WordPress websites you've built or managed.
