About the role
Core Virtual Solutions is actively interviewing RIGHT NOW for experienced Virtual Medical Assistants available for same-day final interview and immediate submission of requirements.
Responsibilities may include: patient care coordination, telephone triage, remote patient monitoring, managing medical reception tasks (calls, emails, correspondence), insurance verification and prior authorizations, scheduling appointments and updating EHR/EMR systems, collecting co-payments and outstanding balances (if applicable), and other medical administrative duties.
Qualifications: degree or completed units in an allied medical course preferred, familiarity with EHR/EMR systems, knowledge of US healthcare private insurance, previous work-from-home experience required.
