About the role
Looking for a talented and creative Video Editor with experience in the real estate industry. Edit long-form and short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and YouTube. Repurpose long-form content into multiple engaging short-form clips (clip farming). Edit listing videos, property tours, open house promotions, agent branding content, and market update videos. Cut, trim, and enhance raw footage into polished and professional content. Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and branding elements. Create engaging visual effects and animations using Adobe After Effects. Requirements: Proven experience as a Video Editor in the real estate industry, strong portfolio showcasing real estate video editing projects, strong skills in editing both long-form and short-form content, strong storytelling, pacing, and creative editing abilities, knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects, excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
