About the role
VIDEO EDITOR / MOTION GRAPHICS ARTIST
Key Responsibilities:
Edit short-form and long-form videos from concept to final delivery
Transform raw footage into engaging, story-driven content with strong hooks and pacing
Create motion graphics, captions, titles, transitions, and branded visual assets
Optimize videos for audience retention across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Organize project files and manage footage using Google Drive, SharePoint, or similar platforms
Collaborate with the team by suggesting creative ideas, improving content structure, and providing videography guidance
Experience & Proficiency:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Should have professional video editing experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA IMPORTANT
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (or similar software) IMPORTANT
Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, motion graphics, and retention-focused editing IMPORTANT
Experience editing short-form and long-form content for social media and YouTube
Strong understanding of color correction, sound design, and audience retention techniques
Familiarity with Google Drive, SharePoint, and AI-assisted editing tools is a plus
Experience with videography concepts, nonprofit storytelling, or remote collaboration is a plus
