About the role
We're looking for a full-time video editor who can produce high-quality short-form content at volume using our AI content tool, Vaura. Vaura is the AI content engine for businesses - we help e-commerce and DTC brands run organic marketing campaigns at scale, using our platform to handle generation, distribution, and performance tracking. You'll own end-to-end production for one or more 7-figure US e-commerce brands, and get real exposure to content strategy, trend research, and how top DTC brands grow.
What you'll do: Build and run AI video workflows in Vaura to produce short-form (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) at scale - 300-600+ videos a month per brand, turn scripts, angles, and briefs into finished, scroll-stopping videos, quality-check every video before it ships (hooks, pacing, captions, audio, catching AI glitches like lip-sync and artifacts), keep every video on-brand, on-strategy, and compliant.
What we're looking for: 1+ years of video editing (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar), a strong feel for short-form pacing and hooks, AI-native and fast with the tools, proactive and self-driven, a fast learner comfortable figuring things out on the go.
