About the role
StampStaff is looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant Recruiter with a veterinary focus.
Qualifications: Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and candidate follow-ups. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions. Detail-oriented and proactive. Experience using ATS or CRM systems is preferred.
Preferred: Experience recruiting for healthcare, veterinary, or other specialized industries. Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, or other recruiting platforms. Strong relationship-building skills with candidates.
