About the role
Looking for a creative and reliable Virtual Assistant to support a growing beauty business (Aéra). Highly efficient and aesthetic (up-to-trend) required.
Main tasks include: Creating content ideas and strategy for Instagram and TikTok. Planning daily reels, carousel posts, and story ideas. Writing captions, hooks, and content prompts. Helping organise content calendars and launch plans. Researching beauty trends, competitors, and viral content ideas. Assisting with SEO for website/blog/product pages. Helping with Meta Ads setup, ideas, and optimisation. Organising DMs, inboxes, and customer enquiries. Helping with product launch strategy and brand growth.
You must be: Creative, organised, and proactive. Confident with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and content planning. Able to suggest ideas without needing constant direction. Good with written English. Interested in beauty, lashes, skincare, branding, or e-commerce.
Experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, or beauty brands is highly preferred. Remote role with flexible hours.
