About the role
Integria Virtual Staffing is looking for a US Real Estate Cold Caller. We're starting this role as part-time (4 hours/day), but if things go well with the client, it will transition into a full-time opportunity.
Job Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential real estate leads. Schedule appointments with qualified prospects who meet the qualification criteria. Qualify leads by gathering relevant information to assess the potential of the property. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements: Must have experience in US Real Estate Cold Calling / Appointment Setting. Must be Female (client preference only). Able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Must be sharp and quick to understand instructions. Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines.
