Our Home Care Client is seeking an experienced Remote Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct virtual client assessments and supervisory visits for our Medicaid Home Care Program.
This is a 100% remote position with a flexible schedule. You will work with clients located in multiple U.S. Compact states while collaborating with our administrative team.
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual nursing assessments
Complete telephonic and video supervisory visits
Develop and update client care plans
Complete reassessments as required
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Communicate with caregivers regarding client needs
Ensure documentation complies with Medicaid requirements
Participate in occasional team meetings
Minimum Qualifications
✔ Active U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) License
✔ Active Multistate Compact License (Required)
✔ Passed the NCLEX-RN
✔ Minimum 2 years of RN experience
✔ Home Health, Home Care, Case Management, Hospice, or Clinical Assessment experience preferred
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Strong clinical documentation skills
✔ Quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet
✔ Comfortable conducting telehealth visits
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Medicaid Home Care
Experience conducting client assessments
Experience creating care plans
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
Experience working remotely with U.S. healthcare organizations
Compensation
$12 per hour or flat fee
Part-Time with opportunity for additional hours
Paid in USD via Wise
Compensation discussed during the interview based on experience and assessment volume
