2-3+ years of US Healthcare Recruitment experience. Experience recruiting for US-based clients or staffing agencies. Proficiency in Bullhorn and JobDiva. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Willing to work on the US Pacific Time (PST) timezone/night shift. Own work equipment, reliable internet, and a suitable home workspace.
