About the role
Canadian Logistics company is looking for a female Trucking Coordinator based in the Philippines. Remote position.
Work Schedule (Vancouver PST): 07:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Full Time: Monday to Friday or 5 days/week including weekends.
Qualifications: must have working laptop and desktop, Wi-Fi/internet (21" dual monitor & at least 75mbps internet speed), at least college graduate, excellent English communication skills, knowledgeable of MS Office and Google Workspace, experienced in the logistics industry required.
Tasks: office admin, data entry via Excel/Google Sheets, calling and emailing truckers/shippers/receivers, updating and following up with client's customers, coordinating with other departments.
