About the role
A US-based freight brokerage is looking for a Transportation Tracker to join their remote operations team. Open to Philippines-based applicants only.
Responsibilities: track and monitor freight shipments in real-time, communicate with carriers and drivers to get load status updates, ensure timely delivery by proactively identifying and resolving delays, update TMS systems with accurate shipment information, and coordinate with the operations team on any exceptions or issues.

What We're Looking For: experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, dispatch, or operations, strong understanding of how a load moves (BOL, detention, TONU, etc.), familiarity with TMS and load boards (DAT, Truckstop), high attention to detail, ability to manage multiple shipments/tasks without losing accuracy, strong written and verbal English (daily communication with US teams), organized, process-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.
