About the role
A US-based freight brokerage is looking for a Track and Trace Assistant to join their remote operations team. Open to Philippines-based applicants only.
Responsibilities: contact carriers to obtain real-time load status updates, document and update shipment information in the TMS, escalate delays or issues to the appropriate team members, ensure PODs and delivery confirmations are collected accurately, and maintain organized records of all tracked shipments.

What We're Looking For: experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, dispatch, or operations, strong understanding of how a load moves (BOL, detention, TONU, etc.), familiarity with TMS and load boards (DAT, Truckstop), high attention to detail, ability to manage multiple shipments/tasks without losing accuracy, strong written and verbal English (daily communication with US teams), organized, process-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.
