About the role
## [HIRING] Full-Time Remote Talent Scout / Recruiter (Music & TikTok Live)
We are expanding our TikTok Creator Network and looking for sharp, music-loving Talent Scouts / Outbound Recruiters in the Philippines to help us find and onboard talented live streaming musicians (singers, drummers, guitarists, DJ’s, pianists, violinists, etc.).
This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position with an aggressive, performance-driven commission plan.

## 📌 What You Will Do:
- Active Sourcing: Scour TikTok Live, Twitch, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts to find talented musicians who are already live streaming or posting high-quality short-form music content.
- Direct Outreach: Send personalized DMs and pitches to musicians, explaining the financial and technical benefits of joining our Creator Network.
- Onboarding & Tracking: Move interested artists through our agency funnel, helping them set up their stream profiles and schedule their first streams.
Full-time and Part-time positions available:
- 40 hours/week is $500/month base pay + commission.
- 20 hours/week is $250/month base pay + commission.
Earn $5 commission per qualified recruit + $25-$100 bonus potential per recruit.
(If your recruit ever becomes a Live Pro you will receive a massive $1000 bonus!)
Work hours are US Pacific time zone.

## 🎯 What We Are Looking For:
- TikTok Savvy: You must understand how TikTok Live and the algorithm work.
- TikTok Backstage: Experience using TikTok Backstage is a huge plus.
- Outbound Hustle: You aren't afraid of sending high volumes of direct messages and following up with talent daily.
- Tech Requirement: You must have a highly reliable internet connection and a quiet working space.

## 💰 Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $500/month FT or $250/month PT (Paid via PayPal).
- Generous Commission Structure:
- Sign-up Bonus: Earn an immediate cash bonus for every single recruit who successfully signs up.
- 3-Month Performance Bonus: Earn bonuses based on your recruit's calendar month performance during their first 3 months:
- 200,000 Diamonds in a calendar month = $25 bonus for you.
- 500,000 Diamonds in a calendar month = $50 bonus for you.
- 1,000,000 Diamonds in a calendar month = $150 bonus for you.
- Ultimate Live Pro Milestone: If any musician you recruit officially reaches TikTok Live Pro status at any time, you will receive a massive $1,000 bonus!
