About the role
Coworq is looking for a Technical Virtual Assistant who operates like a systems thinker. Part-time, PH-Based, US Hours, 10–15 hours/week with potential to grow. Rate: $7.00–$9.00 USD/hour. This is not a traditional VA role — you will act as a true operational partner.
Key Responsibilities — Tech Stack & Automation (GoHighLevel Expert): build, manage, and optimize workflows, triggers, and automations in GoHighLevel, maintain CRM data integrity, manage website updates and basic frontend improvements, optimize landing pages for usability and conversion, track performance using Google Analytics, and identify bottlenecks and recommend system improvements based on data.
Marketing Execution & Content Support: set up, test, and manage email campaigns and newsletters, provide light copywriting and content formatting support, and ensure all messaging aligns with brand tone.
Executive Admin & Operations: manage calendars, scheduling, and time-blocking, coordinate meetings and ensure operational alignment, and document workflows and help build SOPs.
Tools: GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing tools, website builders, Google Workspace.
