About the role
Ready to take the next step in your leadership career? GoGoGrandparent is looking for a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our growing team. As a Team Leader, your primary focus will be supporting and developing your operators, helping improve team performance and KPIs, especially the Registration Ratio, through effective coaching, guidance, feedback, and performance support. Unlike traditional supervisory roles, our Team Leaders do not handle supervisory calls.
Shift: Graveyard (overnight).

Qualifications:
Previous Team Leader, coaching, or supervisory experience. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to coach, motivate, and develop operators. Experience monitoring and improving team performance and KPIs. Must have a reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup.
