About the role
VirtuLink Philippines is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist for one of our growing international clients.
Schedule: Full-Time. Remote. Start Date: ASAP.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Conduct outbound recruitment using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage candidate pipelines using an ATS. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation. Conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day employee check-ins. Maintain onboarding records and HR documentation. Support employee retention initiatives and HR operations.
Requirements: 2+ years of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience. Experience handling full-cycle recruitment and outbound sourcing. LinkedIn Recruiter experience is required. Experience using ATS platforms, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Asana. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. HR, People Operations, or Employee Onboarding experience is a strong advantage.
