About the role
Full-Time | Remote | US Time Zone. VirtuLink Philippines is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to join one of our growing international clients! You'll work closely with the HR Director and an existing Global Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through onboarding. Conduct proactive/outbound recruitment using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Source and engage qualified candidates, including passive candidates. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation. Conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day employee check-ins.
Requirements:
2+ years of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment. LinkedIn Recruiter experience is preferred. Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field preferred.
