About the role
FABVP is hiring a Systems Administrator. 100% Remote, Philippines-based, Weekends Off, US Business Hours.
What You'll Own: Microsoft 365 users, security, permissions, and troubleshooting, SaaS tools (HubSpot, KEAP, Zoom, Zoho, AI tools, etc.), identity and access management (onboarding/offboarding, MFA, SSO), VPNs, networks, and remote team support, backup systems and disaster recovery, tech documentation (SOPs, runbooks, system maps), and vendor coordination, tool evaluation, and escalations.
Must-Have Experience: 5+ years in Systems Administration/IT (SMB environment), advanced Microsoft 365 administration, proven experience managing multiple SaaS platforms end-to-end, solid knowledge of security, access control, and networking, experience supporting remote teams, and strong documentation and process-building skills.
Tech Requirements: Intel i5 10th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, minimum 8GB RAM, device less than 3 years old, stable internet 50–100 Mbps with backup connection, quality webcam, mic, and headset. Screenshots of device specs and internet speed test required upon application.
