About the role
Work directly with a US property owner managing short-term rental properties. This is a direct client opportunity — no agency, no middleman.
Responsibilities: Respond to guest messages promptly. Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, and other reservation calendars. Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and contractors. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs. Resolve guest concerns professionally. Update property listings and availability. Monitor daily operations of short-term rental properties.
Requirements: Experience managing Airbnb or other short-term rental properties. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong customer service and communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Able to work independently. Reliable internet connection and computer. Willing to work flexible hours when needed.
Preferred: Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Hospitable, Guesty, or Hostaway.
