About the role
The Spruce & Patient Communications Coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact for incoming patient communications, ensuring that messages and calls are handled promptly and routed to the appropriate team member.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage incoming Spruce messages, texts, and calls throughout the workday. Review, prioritize, and appropriately route patient communications. Coordinate communication between patients, caregivers, providers, and case managers. Identify urgent or time-sensitive concerns and escalate appropriately.
Ideal Candidate: Healthcare background strongly preferred. Registered Nurses (RNs) are highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits: Performance-based salary increase opportunity. 3-month probationary period. 14 days PTO after probation. Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Hawaii Time.
