Client Overview:
Melanie, one of our clients, is looking to add another super amazing unicorn to help her with pitching for speaking events, bookstores, and media.
Client Requirements:
Must be able to work 20 hours weekly
Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 6am and 5pm Arizona Mountain Time (US)
Must have strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Must-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Must Be Proficient In):
These are the tasks the VA needs to handle independently and confidently from day one:
Research speaking events, conferences, podcasts, summits, panels, and other visibility opportunities
Find contact information for event organizers or decision-makers
Create customized pitches
Send pitch emails
Track outreach and follow-ups
Organize responses and next steps
Set up the pipeline in their CRM (HighLevel experience is nice to have)
Review Melanie’s resources or materials about pitching to make better pitches
