About the role
Schedule: TBD. ELITE Resource Services is looking for an experienced Spanish-Speaking Medical Virtual Assistant (Med VA) to support our healthcare client with day-to-day administrative and patient coordination tasks.
What We're Looking For:
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal. Previous Medical Virtual Assistant experience. Hands-on experience with Tebra is required. Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare providers or medical practices.
Responsibilities:
Assist with patient communication in English and Spanish. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments. Update and maintain patient information in Tebra. Support insurance verification and other front-office workflows.
