About the role
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to warm and cold leads using GoHighLevel (GHL) in both Spanish and English.
Qualify leads, build rapport, and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline using approved scripts.
Schedule appointments through Booksy and coordinate calendars and confirmations.
Collect required deposits and guide clients through the booking process.
Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead details, notes, statuses, and follow-up activities in GoHighLevel.
Perform appointment reminder calls and messages to reduce no-shows and improve attendance.
Meet performance goals by managing approximately 15 leads per day and booking at least 5 appointments per week while delivering excellent bilingual customer service.
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English. IMPORTANT
Must have phone handling experience from a corporate environment or as a Virtual Assistant. IMPORTANT
Must be a Latin American or Filipino bilingual (Spanish/English) Virtual Assistant. IMPORTANT
Must have CRM management experience, preferably using GoHighLevel (GHL). IMPORTANT
Comfortable handling real-time calls, texts, and follow-ups with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients.
Able to follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversations to improve conversion rates.
