About the role
Full-Time (US Timezone). $700-$800/month. This is not a posting role - it is a content operations role. We run social media for Modern Edison Electric. You will own the content engine - from idea to edit to publish to report. You will build systems, use AI tools every day, and always look for ways to work faster and smarter. You are the right fit if: You have 3-5 years of experience managing social media, content operations, or digital marketing for a business (required), you actively use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar and can show us how, you have managed social media for a business not just your personal page, you have created video and image content for Facebook and Instagram, you build automations and write down your processes.
Responsibilities: Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts, create and edit video and image content for organic posts and ads, write captions and copy that match each brand's voice, track content performance weekly and send a report, stay current on Facebook and Instagram trends, build automations for recurring tasks, write a playbook for every workflow you own.
