About the role
Ready to build a stable remote career while working with US-based clients? Bottleneck Distant Assistants is hiring! We're looking for an experienced Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join a US-based team. Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-6:00 PM | Time Zone: EDT (Orlando, Florida). Start Date: September 16, 2026.
What You'll Do:
Manage Facebook, LinkedIn & TikTok. Create & schedule engaging content. Edit short-form videos & graphics. Manage the Buildout calendar. Organize before-and-after photos/videos. Provide marketing & administrative support.
Tools: Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, ServiceTitan, CompanyCam, Microsoft Teams.
We Need Someone Who: has proven experience in social media management & content creation; is creative, organized, and detail-oriented; has experience with graphic & video editing; can work independently and meet deadlines.
