About the role
Sagan is looking for a highly organized and proactive Signage Project Manager. 100% Remote, Work From Home. Salary: up to $1,800 USD/month depending on experience and performance. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST. Independent Contractor Position. Background in Architecture or Engineering required, 3–5 years project management experience.
What You Will Do: lead day-to-day management of multiple signage projects from end-to-end on time and within budget, translate client requirements from sales into clear project scopes, timelines, and budgets, coordinate across sales, design, production, and external vendors to resolve blockers quickly, provide regular client updates and manage expectations, and track tasks and project status using tools like CoreBridge, Monday.com, Trello, and HubSpot.
Qualifications: 3–5 years of project management experience in the Signage Industry or 3–5 years of PM experience with a background in Architecture or Engineering, high proficiency in English, strong organizational skills capable of handling multiple concurrent projects, proficient with Google Workspace and familiar with collaboration tools, and reliable PC/Mac workstation setup capable of supporting VPN and day-to-day tools.
