About the role
Are you an experienced Siding Estimator with a strong background in U.S. commercial construction projects? Smart Sourcing USA is looking for a highly detail-oriented professional to join our growing remote team and support exciting construction projects across the United States.
Position: Siding Estimator
Industry: U.S. Commercial Construction
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualifications:
Extensive experience as a Siding Estimator for U.S.-based commercial construction projects (Required)
Strong quantity takeoff experience using PlanSwift or similar estimating software
Ability to read and interpret U.S. construction drawings, specifications, and project scopes
Solid understanding of siding systems, materials, installation methods, and estimating workflows
Background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is highly preferred
